Debussy and Maeterlinck couldn't find the ring - let's see how Wagner goes - how many operas will he take to find the ring? Dr Murray Dahm started us on this journey with his talk on Monday 14 August, using many examples highlighting the majestic music of the first two operas in the Ring Cycle: Das Rheingold and Die Walkure.
